LGS Notes: Blue flag iris is a native perennial that is deer resistant and great for full sun rain gardens. It will tolerate shade but will bloom less the deeper the shade gets. The color and shape of the leaves adds a nice variety and texture to the garden. This is a great one to use for spring pollinators, cut flowers and wet conditions.
