LGS & Native Plant Nursery Coronavirus Update

Updated May 20th, 2020

Thanks for your patience with us as we sort out the unfolding of the Covid-19 issues. Per Governor Hogan’s rules we continue to be open for landscape work and selling native plants through prepaid online orders for  ‘meadowside pick up’. Check out our inventory on the LGS website and submit your order to laurensgardens@gmail.com. You can also submit orders through the Online Native Plant shop.

You can also utilize our online native plant shop to help sort locally native plants by site characteristics like wet sun, dry deer resistant, butterflies and shade and so on!

Go ahead and submit what you are looking for through the online shop or to us by email and we’ll email back an estimate with what we have in stock. Once you let us know the estimate looks good we’ll convert it to an invoice. You can pay the invoice online directly from the invoice. Once we receive payment we’ll gather your order and email you to let you know when it’s ready for pick up! Allow a 1-2 week turn around from plant quote submission to ready for pick up.

The crew continues to work on site doing garden clean ups and putting in new garden plantings. We are still running estimates by photos of your garden areas and a description of the work to be done. We are all practicing social distancing, hand washing and disinfecting procedures.

We are ‘Coronavating’ our new temporary normal. I’m happy that we can continue to sell plants to all those spending a lot of time gardening at home! I am also thankful that my crew, office and nursery gals continue to have work during these crazy times.

Contact
Jessica is in the office and can be reached at the company line 410-461-2535 or at laurensgardens@gmail.com. She has a lot on her plate so there may be some delayed (more than usual) responses but we are working to get back to you within 48 hrs. She will be in the office Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm.

Thanks so much and please tell your friends about us!
We wish you all the best in health and peace during these unprecedented times.
