Howard County, MD Rain Garden: Before and After Pictures

Here are some before, during, and after pictures, as well as the design, of a beautiful rain garden that we installed recently for one of our clients! To see full-size images, click the pictures. This property had a lot of water rushing down the driveway and through the back yard making it soggy. The roof also drains into the area. We are able to catch the water that comes off the drive and the roof and collect it in the rain garden. This rain garden was about 135sq ft and cost $2400 for this design. Howard County reimbursed $1200 of the cost of the rain garden! We can help you with the entire process from design and installation to submitting your information for reimbursement.

This is a rain garden design, designed by Lauren. It includes the native plants, the amount and sizes of plants, the locations of the plants, stone work, and the berm.
